The Maldives Swimming and Life Saving Skills Training School has successfully delivered an intensive Lifeguard Training and Search & Rescue Simulation Program at Conrad Maldives Rangali Island, further reinforcing the resort’s commitment to world-class safety standards.
The program was specifically designed to enhance operational readiness, elevate lifesaving competencies, and strengthen emergency response capabilities in dynamic aquatic environments. Participants underwent a rigorous combination of theoretical instruction and advanced, scenario-based simulations, replicating real-life incidents commonly encountered in resort lagoons, beaches, and pool facilities.
A total of 10 participants successfully completed the program, demonstrating exceptional discipline, technical proficiency, and the ability to perform under pressure.
Their successful certification marks a significant step in strengthening on-site emergency response capacity.
The initiative reflects Conrad Maldives’ strong leadership in prioritizing guest safety. By investing in specialized, competency-based training, the resort continues to align with international best practices and proactively enhance its safety infrastructure.
