Ahmed Saif Ibrahim is an experienced recreation and water sports professional with over
two decades of dedicated service in the luxury hospitality industry. His career has been
built on a passion for water sports, guest safety, exceptional service, and creating
memorable recreational experiences for guests from around the world.
Since beginning his career in 2000, Ahmed has steadily progressed through a variety of
operational and leadership roles within the water sports and recreation field. His
professional journey reflects a commitment to continuous learning, technical
competence, and delivering the highest standards of safety and guest satisfaction.
Having spent nearly twenty years with Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Landaa
Giraavaru, Ahmed has become a respected leader within the Recreation Department. His
experience spans water sports operations, diving, recreation management, staff training,
and guest engagement, with a strong focus on ensuring every activity is conducted
safely while providing an exceptional guest experience.
His professional philosophy is centered on creating a safe, enjoyable, and welcoming
environment where every guest can confidently participate in recreational activities and

Ahmed began his professional career in 2000, in Bandos as a Water Sports Assistant,
where he developed a strong foundation in guest service, equipment handling, and
water-based recreational activities.
He later joined Olhuveli Resort as a Water Sports Instructor, expanding his knowledge
and practical skills in water sports operations while gaining valuable experience in guest
instruction and activity management.
Driven by a passion for diving and professional development, Ahmed completed his
Divemaster certification and joined Ellaidhoo and kuramathi Maldives as a Divemaster.
This role strengthened his expertise in dive operations, underwater safety, and marine
guest experiences.
Following his experience as a Divemaster, he returned to water sports instruction,
continuing to develop his leadership and operational capabilities before joining Four
Seasons Resort Maldives at Landaa Giraavaru in 2006 as a Water Sports Instructor.
Over the past two decades at Four Seasons, Ahmed has steadily advanced through a
series of progressive roles, serving as Water Sports Instructor, Recreation Attendant,
Recreation Coordinator, and currently Recreation Supervisor. Throughout this journey,
he has demonstrated dedication to operational excellence, team development, and
delivering world-class recreational experiences.

Ahmed's expertise combines recreational operations, water sports instruction, diving,
aquatic safety, and guest experience management.
His extensive operational experience enables him to manage daily recreation activities
while ensuring that all safety standards, operational procedures, and service
expectations are consistently achieved.
As a certified Divemaster and Swimming & Water Rescue Instructor, he possesses strong
technical knowledge in aquatic safety, emergency response, and participant supervision.
His experience also includes mentoring and developing future recreation professionals
through practical training and instruction.
