Conrad Maldives Rangali Island has successfully concluded Simulation Week 2026, conducted from 25 to 29 August 2026, in collaboration with the Maldives Swimming and Life Saving Skills Training School (MSLSTS).
The five-day programme was designed to assess and strengthen the resort’s emergency preparedness and operational resilience through a structured series of professionally developed and evaluated simulation exercises involving the Safety & Security and Lifeguarding teams.
The programme focused on the practical application of emergency procedures, situational awareness, communication, decision-making, leadership, coordination, and disciplined incident response under realistic operational conditions.
The exercises provided an opportunity to evaluate both individual capabilities and the effectiveness of coordinated team response, while identifying areas for further development and continuous improvement.
Through structured observation and evaluation, the programme reinforced the importance of maintaining operational readiness and ensuring that emergency systems remain effective, responsive, and fit for purpose.
