The Maldives Swimming and Life Saving Skills Training School successfully delivered an Emergency Management and Response Training program for the management and executive team of Conrad Maldives Rangali Island, concluding on 1 May.
Designed for leadership level personnel, the program combined essential knowledge with practical application, focusing on first aid principles and the role of management in emergency situations. Participants explored key areas such as initial response, communication, scene safety, and coordinated decision-making within a resort environment.

Practical sessions enabled participants to engage in first aid techniques, casualty handling, and team coordination, ensuring the ability to translate knowledge into effective action when required.
The training reinforced the importance of structured procedures, proactive risk awareness, and clear leadership during critical incidents.
